What is the Opes Wealth Programme?

1. Plan out your property investment portfolio 
The first step in the programme is to create a plan with your Financial Adviser using our My Wealth Plan software.
This software will help you plan exactly how many properties you need to retire comfortably.
You'll leave this 1-hour session with a written plan for your retirement. 
 
2. Pick new build properties that fit your plan
Once you've created your plan in step #1 – your property partner will go out and find properties that fit your plan. They'll search through projects from up to 97 developers to find the best ones for you.
There is no guesswork. The properties have been extensively researched before you see them.
You'll review the suggested property, go through the analysis, crunch the numbers together, and then decide which ones to hold with the developer. 
 

3. Confirm it's the right new build for you
You'll use the next 10 days to confirm that your suggested property fits within your written strategy.
You'll be introduced to solicitors, mortgage brokers, property managers, valuers, and chattel valuers to ensure the property makes sense for you as an investment.
Your Financial Adviser will be there to answer any questions and support you every step of the way.

What is the cost of the Opes Wealth Programme?

It's free. $0.
The Opes Wealth Programme offers its services at no direct cost to you; we receive our payment from the property developer upon the sale of a property. 
However, it’s important to understand that this does not incentivize us to sell just any property. In fact, every investment property we propose must pass a rigorous 23-step checklist, a standard so high that 76% of developers don't make it past this stage.  
While there's no direct cost for the programme, investing does incur expenses: Property prices start at $550,000, with setup costs of $4,000 to $7,000, and a weekly top-up of $350 to $500.
