&#x1f6a8; Health and Safety is really important to us at Opes Partners! So in coming to this event, we need it to be important to you too :) Please read the below statements and agree to adhere to our H&amp;S guidelines. You're entering a completed development of 6 townhouses. Although it is not considered a construction site, there are still safety measures we all need to adhere to. a. When entering site, be aware of exits and evacuation routes. b. Watch out for uneven surfaces, loose debris, or trip hazards. c. Walk on designated walkways and use handrails if available (e.g. stair cases). d. If you feel unwell, please don't attend! &#x1f912;

🔥 Health and Safety: Emergency Preparedness

a. Familiarise yourself with the site's emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and assembly points (assembly point on footpath on opposite side of the street). b. In case of an emergency, follow instructions from site personnel and evacuate the site immediately if required (e.g. fire). c. In the event of an earthquake, stop, drop and hold (under a doorway if possible) until it is safe to exit and move away from the building.

🗣 Health & Safety: Reporting Incidents

a. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to a member of Opes staff promptly. b. Provide accurate details of the incident, including date, time, location, and individuals involved. There will be first aid kits on site.

🛑 Health & Safety: Hazards and Cleanliness

a. Be a tidy kiwi! Dispose of any waste or litter in designated containers. b. Wear shoes covers provided when entering property to keep the floors clean and dry. c. Maintain a safe distance from operating equipment (e.g. food vendor vehicles) to avoid injury. d. Observe all signage and barricades indicating restricted or prohibited areas.

🚗 Health & Safety: Vehicles and Traffic

a. Watch out for cars on the road and surrounding area - it'll be a busy location with people coming and going throughout the event. b. Ensure you watch out for kids - these could be supervising your own or watching out for other children who attend site. c. Drive slowly to prevent accidents. d. Be careful around the food and drink vehicles on site. They may have heated elements, cables, power cords, etc that we need to avoid.

👧👦 Health & Safety: Kids

If you're bringing your kids with you, you will need to supervise them while on site. Please ensure that you keep on eye on their location at all times. There are multiple hazards on site including: - Road (please don't let them run onto the road - it will be busy and there will be moving vehicles) - Lots of people (we'd hate for them to get lost in the crowd which is stressful for all!) - Stairs (ask them to walk - not run - around the property and hold any handrails available) - Doors (watch for their fingers) - Slip and trip (help your child watch their step on site, especially if there are uneven surfaces. If you or they need first aid, please take them to a member of staff or look out for the person in Hi-Vis on Site who will help you fill out an incident form and provide first aid.

&#x1f699; Parking - There's plenty on Sugden Street or in the surrounding area. ☕️ Food and Drink - come and enjoy hot drinks and food (street vendor style) on site! Please dispose of all rubbish in bins provided on site &#x1f6ae; &#x1f6bb; Bathroom Facilities - please use the bathroom before the event! Yes, we have pristine new bathrooms on site, but out of respect for our owner's, these will not be available for public use on the day
