The estimated completion date shown on the build updates is roughly when the developer expects “practical completion” or the final council inspection to occur. Please note this is not the settlement date – the settlement date will only be confirmed once the Code Compliance Certificate and Title have been issued (your solicitor will confirm this date for you).
