Are there too many new townhouses in NZ?
With the population in NZ continuing to rise, many developers have turned to building townhouses to facilitate the growing population.
Although some Kiwis think there's an oversupply of townhouses with the amount being built in the major cities.
So in today's video, we'll look at the data and see if there is an oversupply, or if they are being built at a sustainable level.
