I ranked every major New Zealand city based on whether they're a good property investment or not.
From S tier — the best places to buy right now — all the way down to F tier — the places I'd run a country mile from.
And I've got to warn you: some of these rankings will make people angry.
In this video, Ed ranks 12 major cities using six key factors:
● Population growth and size
● Where they sit in the property cycle
● How affordable houses are relative to incomes
● Average gross yields
● Income levels
● Growth potential
Each city gets a score from -6 to +6 based on these factors.
