Hi, I’m Caitlin, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management.
Originally from the North Island, now happily based in Christchurch and excited to call it home. My background is in administration and customer service, where I’ve spent years supporting people, solving problems, building relationships and keeping things running smoothly. I bring a friendly, people first approach to every interaction and love helping people feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their property journey.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and discovering new places and cultures. In my spare time you’ll find me either exploring Christchurch and all it has to offer, socialising with friends and family or relaxing at home with a book and a glass of wine in hand.
