Hi, I'm Chelsea and my role within Opes is Insurance adviser support.
I have always had a passion and drive for helping people. I have been working in the insurance industry for 8 years and have learnt the importance of what having the correct insurance in place has.
In my role, I assist clients through their insurance journey, helping them through the underwriting and claims process, as well as assisting our advisers with administration. My main task is to work behind the scenes to ensure that your insurance journey is smooth and successful.
Outside of work I am working endlessly to keep my toddler entertained and spending time with family. I enjoy travelling and trying new cuisines with my favourite being Japanese. When I’m not with my family, you’ll find me enjoying a glass a wine with a group of friends.
