Hi, I’m Chey, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management based in Christchurch.
I work across inspections, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property matters, ensuring issues are followed through properly and resolved in a timely manner. I enjoy being the point of contact that helps keep everything organised behind the scenes and makes the process clear and manageable for both owners and tenants.
I take a practical, solutions focused approach to my work and like to stay organised, so nothing gets overlooked. I also value clear, straightforward communication so everyone knows what’s happening at each stage.
Outside of work, I’m very family orientated and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I also love cooking and making the most of my downtime.
