Hi! I am Jackie Tiai, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management with over six years of experience in public/social housing and private sector.
My career has been built with a strong focus on helping people while protecting and maximising the value of property investments. Having worked across both the public and private sectors, I bring a well-rounded understanding of property, asset, and tenancy management. My diverse experience has also enabled me to develop a deep appreciation for working with people from all cultures, and backgrounds making it easier to connect and build relationships.
I am genuinely passionate about serving others and believe everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of quality service that comes with respect, professionalism, and care. I am driven by my belief that successful property management is built on trust, communication, and strong relationships, so I strive to ensure every client and customer feels valued, welcomed, and supported throughout their property journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family or enjoying tea with some good music.
