Hi, I’m Joy, Client Success Manager here at Opes Partners.
My professional journey has been an exciting adventure across diverse industries, including working with – and for - the Opes Group over the past 5 years. As a property investor myself, I initially worked with Opes as a client, and then joined the team, focusing on helping everyday people into the sometimes-daunting world of property investing.
My role is all about welcoming you to Opes as a first point of contact and getting you excited for the service we can offer you. No matter what you need, whether that’s getting booked into your first meeting with one of our Financials Advisers, or figuring out who across the Group you need to talk to, I am here to help.
I recognise the importance of understanding the client’s individual needs and goals, as well as the emotions, challenges (and let’s not forget rewards) that purchasing property can bring.
My professional goal is simple: to identify opportunities for clients and help them on their property journey.
When not working, I’m a keen volunteer. My husband and I run a charitable trust feeding lunch packages to less fortunate school children in our local community, and I am currently an Officer Cadet in the NZ Cadet Forces. You’ll often find me alongside hubby exploring the great outdoors, taking any opportunity to be near/on or under the water (especially fishing/boating or diving), or planning for future travels and volunteer opportunities.
