Hi, I'm Kim. A property manager at Opes Property Management. With four years of property management experience and over a decade as a personal assistant, I bring a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and client care. I began my career as a property administrator and within less than a month, progressed into a full-time property management role where my passion for the industry quickly grew.
I firmly believe that clear, consistent communication is the key to success in property management. Combined with my natural ability to connect with people and my genuine desire to help others, this has allowed me to build strong relationships and thrive in the role. I am committed to continuously expanding my industry knowledge, with a particular interest in the legal aspects of property management.
Outside of work, I enjoy expressing my creativity through interior design, often refreshing and reimagining my own space and helping others as well as photography for family and friends.
