Hi, I’m Mackenzie, the Contracts Manager at Opes Property.
I’ve worked in the property industry for over seven years, starting my career with a boutique property management firm before moving into commercial investment sales at Colliers. During that time, I built a strong understanding of the Christchurch property market, working across a range of investment assets and managing transactions from initial enquiry through to settlement.
Alongside this, I worked closely with a broker specialising in land development, which gave me insight into the development lifecycle and the opportunity to build relationships with a wide network of local developers.
In my role at Opes, I focus on ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and delivering a high standard of service.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me thrift shopping or enjoying a wine with friends.
