My name is Olivia, Executive Assistant to Andrew Nicol at Opes Partners, where I also hold the role of Client Relationship Manager Team Lead. In this capacity, I oversee and support our Client Relationship Managers, ensuring our clients receive a consistently high standard of care and guidance throughout their property investment journeys.
I bring over a decade of experience in Administration and Customer Service, complemented by more than five years working within the Real Estate industry. This background has equipped me with an understanding of the property sector and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of property investment with confidence.
Collaborating closely with Andrew and our valued clients is something I find deeply rewarding. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, and I pride myself on my ability to manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring every client's needs are met with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, including my four nephews, who bring me great joy. As a proud Christchurch local, I have a huge appreciation for our vibrant and ever-evolving city, and I love discovering the latest restaurants, venues, and experiences it has to offer.
