- ashleighI would NOT recommend using CETA for building your house. Any defect caused by a subcontractor they will likely get fixed IF you continue to argue for it. Any defects that are caused by them are shrugged off and a “is what it is” approach is taken by them. This was still the case after my complaints were escalated because their builder was inappropriate. Poor quality and happy to wipe their hands clean of you after 12 months.1/5 stars
