- Big BI bought a new house in the lakes subdivision in te kawhata from the team at complete residential. Wow what an experience. Between Greg , Jo and Ruby the experience was great. It was nice to deal with people who know exactly what they are doing in the residential development industry which made it easy for my wife and myself to purchase our first brand new beautiful home .
