- JadaI am very pleased with my Cosy Home. It arrived exactly as I expected it and with every detail of the contract correct and there were no unforseen expenses which can so often happen with new builds. I thought the sales team was excellent and accommodating and were able to answer my questions or obtain answers from their designers quickly when they were beyond the scope of the customer agents. Once I signed my contract and was turned over to the support team there were some teething issues with new staff. I had to provide information several times in the handover which is understandable with new staff. However, I'd rather be asked for info more than once rather than not at all! There was some miscommunication around receiving the Code of Compliance for the building which I found stressful as it took many months which I wasn't expecting. It did come through in the end! Overall, I had a great experience with Cosy Homes. I am very pleased with the build, service, cost and delivery. I have recommended Cosy Homes to others and I would build with them again without hesitation.4/5 stars

It was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level. It was great working with the Cosy Homes team throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up, and were respectful of our unique wishes. The whole process was stressless and seamless. We have absolutely no problem recommending them with enthusiasm, and without reservation. We are thrilled with our new home.5/5 stars
