- Matte RoffeI’m not usually one to write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to. Buying a house—whether building new or purchasing an existing one—can be incredibly daunting. That lingering feeling that you're going to get taken advantage of often follows you into every showroom or open home… and then I met Joel. From our first meeting, Joel's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease—please excuse the pun, but I truly felt at home. I was consistently impressed by his generosity with his time, knowledge, and energy. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned out to be smooth, reassuring—and dare I say—actually fun. And that’s entirely thanks to Joel. In a world that often forgets to care, where everything feels rushed and impersonal, Joel stands out. He hasn’t forgotten what real customer service looks like. He sees people, not numbers. - Lilly CostelloFriday Homes recently helped us subdivide our existing section & build our new home and rental on our site! Mike and the team were really supportive throughout this journey as this was all so new and overwhelming to us! They were great at communicating and guiding us each step of the way. I worked really closely with Ashlee to help me select all the interior details and it was such an incredible experience, it really felt like I was working along side a friend who was invested in my decisions for my home. When I was unsure on things she allowed me to compare colours and upgrades! And I couldn’t be happier with our final product - feels like such a beautiful home and everything came together perfectly. We worked along side Kaitlin for our build journey and again she was so responsive, friendly & communicated and updated us regularly. I really trusted her input and expertise throughout the build. Any thing (very little) that did pop up was never a problem for her, she corrected immediately and updated me as we went. We built such a great relationship as things popped up through the build she would call to check in knowing me so well by then that actually I might want it slightly differently to fit my taste better (and she was always right). We are just about to start another stage and I couldn’t do it without our dream team! Highly recommend!5/5 stars
