- Anthony MilesMyself and the family went through their homes recently. My father being a ex-builder himself, said the quality and workmanship is poor. 'Bling' is added to hide the lack in quality and workmanship. I cannot speak for the homes they won awards for. But I suspect they do good work and spend money when doing a showhome, then the rest of the homes are done with poor workmanship and quality. There were weatherboards not fixed on evenly just as an example. Would think twice before buying one of these homes from Top Hill.1/5 stars
- James EBought a home off this company in Milldale, Orewa. Build quality is poor, cheap products used. A couple walls were not plum. The homes might look flashy, but when you take a closer look you can see shoddy and poor workmanship. I have heard from friends that they are unable to access the back of the home due to retaining wall being too close to the house. The owner is rude, and won't accept responsibility for work. Suggest anyone who is thinking of buying a Top Hill Home to look else where as this is surely a Bottom of the Hill home. James E1/5 stars
- Peterasp KershawHi everyone This builder tail gated me with his Ute and speed at 80 kms an hour in a 60 zone. The registration is TOPHIL. Already reported him to police. Please be careful of his car.1/5 stars
