- Arthi KumarI had the pleasure of working with Miles North on two projects as a Kāinga Ora Project Manager, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Miles completed a 17-unit site in Manurewa and a 5-unit site in Mount Roskill. Both projects ran smoothly and were delivered ahead of time, which, given the challenges that inevitably arise on construction sites, speaks volumes about the team’s expertise and professionalism. What stood out to me the most was how well Miles North handled the issues that cropped up along the way. Despite various challenges, there was zero to minimal variation, which is a testament to their strong project management and problem-solving abilities. The team worked diligently, and their attention to detail was second to none. From Michael Money, the GM, to the Project Manager Philip Palfreyman, and Site Manager Nicholas French—everyone I worked with was incredibly experienced and thorough. I’ve been involved in many projects, but I’ve rarely encountered such a robust, professional team. Their approach made everything feel seamless and easy to navigate. I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Miles Construction and their talented team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, capable construction partner, and I’d be more than happy to work with them again in the future.5/5 stars
