- Mike PritchardWe were a bit anxious purchasing a tiny home for our bare land that we were going to live in short-term before we built our forever home. Definitely made the right choice choosing MBS, both Andrew and John were very professional and easy to deal with making the whole process seamless. You get what you pay for and the show homes we visited on-site felt they were built with and fitted with quality materials. Fast forward five years and we are currently building our forever home, while living in the MBS transportable which we shifted again to make room for the new build and mentioning that MBS came out on their own accord to do a follow up on any defects of the tiny home once shifted again. We are that attached to it after living in it for five years that we have decided to keep it for when our adult children and family come to stay.5/5 stars
- Richard BallardWe have a tiny house from MBS and are still (3 years later) very pleased with it. There is good attention to detail, for example, using stainless screws where others might've saved a few cents and gone with zinc. Since buying the place we've been in contact with the team about some extras/tweaks and they've always been quick to help (and to sort things). If I was buying another tiny house I'd only go to MBS.5/5 stars
- RayWe looked at quite a few companies and settled on Modernbuild, and from the outset they were great, and assisted us all the way through the process including all the consents and engineering reports. The proactive communication and can do attitude was great with Rebecca and Holly nothing was a problem. Could not speak more highly of the customer service and the end result we were very happy with.5/5 stars
