- Bobby Wahi⭐ 1 Star (should be 0 if possible) Very poor experience with Onward Homes. The build quality is extremely low and not what was promised at all. It feels like they are cutting costs everywhere and using very cheap, low-grade materials — honestly comparable to Temu-quality. I spoke with the manager back in January regarding multiple issues, but till now there has been no response. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer service. Finishing work is below standard, attention to detail is missing, and overall workmanship is disappointing. When you’re investing in a home, you expect quality and proper support — neither of which I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid building with them. There are much better and more reliable builders out there. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.1/5 stars
- Morgan AguttersAvoid this company like the plague! They have no idea what they are doing. Unqualified employees are hired by this company They were unable to install our showers, front door, carpet and window properly. The quality of the materials they use is low-grade and it was an argument to get them to come back. They also leave you to clean up their mess in and around the property, making it your expense to get rid of things. They had paint buckets, bricks, giant rocks, plastic bottles buried in our yard when we dug up redone the landscaping ourselves...1/5 stars
- Ian HalimJust got it last year. But the wall started to emerge some marks. We asked them to fix it. But they just cover it with putty. When it dries, the marks show up again. The same thing happened with our laundry room. In the site plan, the measurements were over one metre. The actual size is less than a metre. We even need to take off the doors. When we tried to discuss with them, they suggested us to downsize our laundry appliances 🤦🏻♂️. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was defective. I told them to fix it. And they just cover it with a wooden board. Also we found some debris underneath the oven when one of the technician come to reset our stove. I feel so disappointed ☹️.2/5 stars
