- Andrea ShortSeriously let down by their workers. Burnt pizza served on cardboard and carer not knowing how to warm tinned soup are two standouts, and this for a very frail, physically and mentally ill man, fighting to stay out of sheltered accommodation. V concerned about his nutrition, we had to end the contract. Very disappointing.1/5 stars
