- Dorset Suit hireBuilt with Urban homes Hamilton, they built a lovely home for us. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service, no hidden or unexpected cost, all variations to contract were clearly approved before hand and explained. The project was built on time. The project management team were first class and a pleasure to deal with. The build quality is exceptionally high quality and built to very high standards. Highly recommended.5/5 stars
- Laser Plumbing Hamilton EastUrban homes is at the top of their game As the preferred Plumbing, Gas Fitting, and Drainage partner for 15 years and counting, we have seen hundreds and hundreds of projects come together with nothing but integrity. This is testament to the the team and systems Urban Homes has to ensure an efficient/streamlined process for contractors and new home owners alike.5/5 stars
- Emma SmithDisappointing experience with Urban Homes Hamilton Building our first home has been a long-time dream for my husband and me, so we were excited to explore our options. Urban Homes caught our attention, particularly their developments in Rototuna North and Peacocks. While they didn’t have a show home in these areas at the time, they were building one in Flagstaff, so we decided to visit their Cambridge show homes instead. We booked a viewing with one of their sales consultants, eager to ask questions and learn more about their building process. However, when we arrived, we discovered that our appointment had been double booked, leaving us to explore the home on our own. After waiting for 30 minutes with no assistance, we decided to visit the second show home, hoping to talk to someone there. Unfortunately, it only got worse. As soon as we walked in, we were met by a sales consultant named Mike. Normally, I wouldn’t mention names, but his attitude was shockingly dismissive. Since we had initially booked with another consultant, he showed no interest in assisting us and repeatedly told us to email the other sale consultant as we are “her clients.” He barely engaged with our questions about the building process. When we inquired about customisation options, his response was vague and discouraging, making us feel as if we couldn’t afford to build with them.. This experience completely changed our perception of Urban Homes. If a company fails to provide even the most basic customer service at the first point of contact, how can they be trusted to guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives? Exceptional customer service should be the foundation of any home building journey, and unfortunately, Urban Homes fell short. If you’re considering building, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere... somewhere that values potential clients and provides the support and guidance that such an important decision deserves.1/5 stars
