- Steve CousensWhat a joke -"Building the most liveable city" . If they were to put chimneys on their buildings they would even more closely resemble Coronation Street than they already do. In Chester Street East they have manged to shoe-horn in a block of units, with marginal set-back from the road and NO off-street parking. ALL other houses and units in our street are set back at least 2m, but these guys seem to bully the Council into bending the rules for them. Compare their boring, unimaginative lego-land boxes to the 3 units across the road which were recently build and it's like night and day. The rest of Christchurch had better be aware of the modus-operandi of these guys, and be afraid, be very afraid. Who gave you approval to butcher the tree that is not even on your new build in Chester Street East in order to fit your latest Coronation Street tenement hovel ? The degree of butchering is only now fully evident since the leaves have fallen off, which makes another mockery of your website that states "We buy land and build in existing suburbs, on leafy streets near cafes, restaurants, schools and transport links". Yes, you buy them then clear fell the existing trees like what you have done in your Perth Street slum of the future ! Christchurch does not want nor does it need your types of high density developments. It's now been two weeks since the Chester Street development was completed, but no sign of any of the owners scrambling to get in. I thought these units were all pre-sold? Is this yet another example of misleading advertising by Williams Corp. ? I’ve just read their 100 year plan. God help New Zealand if these clowns are let loose to build any more LEGO land boxes. Thankfully the CCC now has control of the district plan again, so the communities will decide what type of housing gets built in our city, not these twits with their over inflated egos.1/5 stars
- Julius NewmanWe would like to extend our thanks to Kim Smrekar and Carl Da Costa for sharing their knowledge and time in showing us Williams Corporation developments in Christchurch. We were able to get a wealth of information and honest feedback regarding opportunities that suited our situation.5/5 stars
- Richard StrahanI found Kim Smrekar and the Williams sales team professional and friendly. I found Kim's responses to my questions very honest, insightful, timely, and where necessary delivering a high level of detail. That's all a very welcome breath of fresh air compared to some other sales staff I have come across elsewhere in this industry!5/5 stars
