From the preconstruction stage, through the process of obtaining building and resource consents, to the actual construction phase, YC Homes demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. As someone with a construction management background of over 35 years and a structural engineering qualification, along with a daughter who is an architect, we were certainly not easy clients to please. We challenged YC Homes at every stage and on every task, expecting nothing but the highest standards. I must say, they handled it all with grace and delivered exceptional results. In particular, the project manager, Jason Yu, was outstanding. He was always professional, responsive, and incredibly understanding, even when we were demanding. His ability to manage the project with such composure and attention to detail made a real difference. We were tough on him at times, but he always handled our concerns with patience and professionalism, which made the whole process much smoother. The final result is exactly what we envisioned—a beautiful, high-quality home that is built to last. The finishes and execution were exceptional, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. YC Homes truly met and even exceeded our expectations. Given the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team, and their ability to navigate challenges with ease, I have no hesitation in recommending YC Homes. - Prakash KhandelwalI have recently bought a sweet family home from YC Homes at Milldale, and I'm very happy, satisfied and confident about my purchase. The craftmanship and design thinking that they put in their build (both interior & exterior) is definitely worth noting. They are easily approachable for any house issues after purchase, respond well and resolve any issues with quick turn-around, all that a happy customer needs in today's world.
