- Philippa CameronYC Homes are extremely unprofessional and rude. We have had to consistently follow up with them to try get anything done. After 4 years remedials are still not complete. Whenever we have managed to complete one thing on the remedial list, they ignore the others and constantly talk over us when we have tried to talk about them. YC Homes new method is to ignore and avoid issues. YC Homes are cowboys and refuse to follow the laws that are in place to protect consumers, even when informed about these laws they ignore them, meaning the law is wrong and they are right. Go with YC if you like poor quality workmanship and if you enjoy dealing with people who don’t want to follow their legal obligations.1/5 stars
