- Raj YataThank you for building our home to meet all our requirements and for being flexible throughout the entire process. A special thanks to James Maher for his excellent communication, knowledge, and helpful advice, and to Mary Herman for her outstanding customer service. James went above and beyond, even helping us choose the right section at Westwood before the developer released them online. At that point, we had not even signed an agreement, but he was still kind and willing to help. Overall, our experience with Homes by Parklane was fantastic. There are always small things that can come up during the home-building process, but when you have the right people alongside you, you are truly in good hands. After all, you're not building a paper boat, it’s natural to expect a few bumps along the way. If you're looking for a hassle-free builder who will make things right, then you are in the right place with Homes by Parklane. Compared to many of the larger building companies, these guys are more affordable in many ways, I say this after comparing several quotes back in 2022. They completed our home in just around 6 months, even with a Christmas break in between. We are very happy with the outcome.5/5 stars
- Beth LittlefordHomes by Parklane helped me into my amazing new home within budget and with fantastic customer service. My Sales Consultant, James Maher, was amazing to work with. He was very patient with me as we spent time working on the house plan with cut-out rooms and a glue stick 😁 My experience was wonderful, I was kept up to date with all the milestones being hit and James responded to all of my queries quickly and efficiently. The quality of their basic standard fixtures is what other companies charge a premium for. If I ever build again it will definitely be with James and the Homes by Parklane team 🥰5/5 stars
