- Luke MansellI purchased my first home with Oakridge Homes and the whole process was super simple and easy. Firstly, Greg the sales consultant was very helpful and accomodating through the initial part while I was looking at Oakridge's properties, sending me all which suited my budget/specs I was after. He was also very accommodating with the sales agreement while I sorted finance. Throughout the build I was regularly kept up to date with the property through Buildertrend (examples of the photo updates attached). Not only were the photos useful, but it also is a hub where all of the documentation for the house is too, and I could see things being signed off as the house progressed. I had my pre-settlement inspection today before settlement tomorrow and the outcome of the house was great and the quality was excellent. Thanks, Fiona, Greg, Mike, Carol and James at Oakridge for a super simple and easy process. Highly recommend James and his team at Oakridge.5/5 stars

Updates and timeframes were given throughout and they made the process very easy. We definitely recommend using James and the team at Oakridge Homes. We will use them again in the future.
