- graham brownWe were quite apprehensive about having a house built whilst we were the other side of the world in the UK. We need not have been concerned, the Wellington Verstatile Team have been excellent, from working through the brief, agreeing the specifications, selecting the materials and the finishes to the construction and handover. Throughout there has been excellent communication, clarity on cost, regular updates on progress. The quality of the build has truly been exceptional and our home was completed in less than 6 months from obtaining the necessary consents. The Wellington Versatile Team clearly take real pride in their work and it showed in the home that we moved into 3 weeks ago!5/5 stars
