Hi, I’m Lauren, a Junior Insurance Adviser here at Opes Insurance.
I've always been passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve positive outcomes, which is what first drew me to a career in hospitality. After transitioning into the insurance industry nearly two years ago, I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That passion led me to the exciting opportunity of becoming an insurance adviser.
I specialise in personal risk insurance, working closely with individuals and families to help ensure they have the protection they need to navigate life's unexpected challenges. I assist clients in assessing their risks and understanding their options, with the goal of providing tailored insurance solutions that align with their unique circumstances and objectives. I take great pride in helping clients protect what matters most and achieve peace of mind for the future.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring the outdoors, whether that's spending time at the beach or tackling a hiking trail. One of my personal goals is to complete all of New Zealand's Great Walks over the next few years. I also enjoy reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and settling in to watch the latest Marvel movie or series release.
