- Anthony GilbertsonHad a house built by David Reid Homes -Queenstown at Jacks Point during 2020/21 during covid shut-downs and travel restrictions. Living in Australia I was unable to travel to see the house at all during construction from beginning until completion. I was able to get over to do handover in April 2021 to see it for the first time. I own a building company in Australia so went through it thoroughly and I can honestly say I've never witnessed build quality like this anywhere! I could not find a thing at Handover that needed attention. The team were great with sending me weekly updates during construction with photos. Huge well done to the entire team and wouldn't hesitate recommending them for anyone that needs a house built in the Queenstown area.5/5 stars

From the moment we entered the show home (then in Caithness Court at Jack's Point) we could see they were a quality builder. In fact it was my dad (who has been in the building trade himself for years) who immediately said. 'This is your guy.' It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Fraser and Abi and the team were brilliant and they have become our Queenstown family. The quality of the build is excellent. Attention to detail is fantastic and any small problems were attended to without any fuss at all. We love our home so much that we now live here (almost) full time. We would have no hesitation in recommending David Reid Queenstown in future and although we love our place so much we may be tempted to build again one day.5/5 stars
