- gordonWe chose Jennian to design and build our new home in 2017. We chose them because we were confident they would bring the project to fruition in a timely manner and on budget. The build went well and we were able to move in on schedule. Throughout the build the team were very accommodating. There were a few tweaks which they happily addressed. All the trades people they employed were well qualified and did a great job. In particular the painter, who was under time pressure, worked several long days in order that the build could stay on schedule. After moving in, we became aware of some minor issues which we felt needed to be modified. Each issue we raised was attended to immediately and without cost. Apart from the tradesmen who worked on the build, our liaison with Jennian and them was through their build manager Grant Wilson. Grant was on the ball, juggling the various sections of the build, co-ordinating the work of each trade at the right time and in the right order. We have retained contact with him over the years and he continues to be a guiding hand, someone to call on for advice on all things building. We have had no regrets in choosing Jennian for our design and build and anyone who chooses them for their own build can rest assured, knowing that they are in good hands.5/5 stars
