- SatI feel incredibly lucky to have Sarah Huang as my property manager. From finding great tenants and handling all repairs to liaising with the Body Corporate, she manages everything seamlessly. What truly stands out is her genuine care; she treats the property as if it were her own, always finding solutions that are both effective and cost-conscious. She's incredibly detail-oriented, often catching things I overlook, and her response time is unbelievably fast – she's super reliable. The tenants adore her, which speaks volumes about her people skills. On top of all her amazing qualities, Sarah is also absolutely stunning – a true professional inside and out! My only wish is that she remembers to take a break sometimes. I couldn't recommend her more highly!5/5 stars
- Oscar YI want to give Tom a big compliment for his sincerity, professionalism, and truly dedicated work ethic. During the incident where our tenant’s dryer leak caused damage to the house, Tom handled everything exceptionally well—from identifying the cause of the damage, to planning the repair, and helping us manage the repair costs. I also want to thank Kevler’s management team. Throughout the inspection process, a total of six or seven team members came to check the property at different times, which really showed how much Kevler values its customers. I’m confident that in the future we will choose Kevler again to build our home, and we will also recommend them to our friends.5/5 stars
- Vicky W⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d like to express my sincere thanks to my builder, and especially to our project manager, Tom Hu. Although our home was already past the warranty period, when a water leak occurred in our rental property, Tom was still very proactive in helping us investigate the issue. He carefully checked the situation and eventually identified that the leak was caused by the tenant’s dryer. Throughout the whole process, Tom was professional, patient, and kind. He also guided us on how to handle the follow-up steps. We’re truly grateful for his excellent service and support — thank you, Tom!5/5 stars
