AVOID. Endless delays and excuses. Will lie all the time. House won't receive compliance from the council at the end of the build. You'll need lawyers to get your keys. Paint work and plumbing will be screwed. The builder Simon should and possibly will lose his master builders partnership. Don't waste your time, money or health considering Navigation Homes. The Rise an Shine cafe is clean and friendly. Our sausage roll was not so nice. Great staff member gave a refund. Would go back there.

Had lovely fish and chips, plus coffee for lunch. Staff pleasant, food beautiful, views from Rise n Shine, lovely. Cost, not too bad really.
