    We love our new home! We had a very good experience with new style homes getting our perfect home. Working with Robert to order our home with the options we wanted and the multitude of questions he answered for us during the ordering process ensured we received exactly what we wanted for our home. During the construction duration we worked with Michael who managed all aspects of the build/finish work process. He answered our questions and managed all the subcontractors and utilities to ensure the project moved along to meet our timeline to get us into our house. He has also been keeping in touch and resolving any minor issues that have arose after moving in. The preferred contractors New Style used were great and on schedule. Darrin the in-house tradesman is also a pleasure to work with to resolve any minor issues after moving in. We would recommend New Style Homes and have already recommended them to 3 friends / acquaintances. Thank you New Style Team, we love our house! Laurie&Ken

    I called new style homes around 1:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon letting them know. I was planning on coming down between 430 and 445 acknowledging that they closed at five and I wouldn’t have much time and I wanted to know if I could ask a couple of questions About the process, their homes, etc. I received a call back at 4:27 PM that evening There was only one salesman there he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to help me but to stop in after I got done looking at the display homes I said I’m about two minutes away I’ll pop in afterwards. My wife, myself and two of our three children and family friend toured all the homes We liked two different options that according to paperwork were two of the more expensive options, we had a lot of questions about the process We’ve owned three homes, but we’ve never done a construction loan or anything Like this before. My wife and kids got in the car I went into the office. I could see a gentleman in a small office on the phone so I Waited patiently after approximately two minutes the gentleman noticed me put whoever he was on the phone with on hold and asked me if there was something he could help me with. I said My name is Brent. I spoke with Robert on the phone. He said yes my name is Robert. I’m the only salesman here today and I’m on the phone with someone so I really don’t have time to answer any questions. He said to write my name down and he would contact me at a later time, but his wife wouldn’t be happy if he left late tonight so he would not be staying Late. I took this time to ask how much the site work would cost roughly on a home and gave him The two options we were looking at He said anywhere from $120,000-$150,000. He very quickly and hurriedly went over the process, giving me no time to answer any questions and made me feel very rushed I work in sales myself, the general rule is the customer in front of you matters more than the one on the phone. One person cared enough to come down the other dialed a number. Another large part of sales is helping the customer to not feel overwhelmed or hurried and to make them feel as though their project matters and they’re not just a number I felt like I was just a burden on Robert and unfortunately, this has tainted my view on this business I will be letting all my family and friends know that this was my experience and to definitely not come here if you’re not familiar with the process as your questions are just going to be a burden. I truly hope that this business reads this and speaks with Robert and does some better training. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
