How to use this directory

Click a developer’s name to see their review page. Each review is built from the Opes Developer Database and shows:

How many homes they’ve had consented in the past year
Their average build price, and how their price per square metre compares to the market
The average size of the homes they build
Their Google reviews, where available

Being listed here doesn’t mean Opes recommends a developer. It’s a starting point for your own research. To see who we do recommend, and why, read the developers Opes recommends (and the ones we don’t).

This article is for your general information. It’s not financial advice. See here for details about our Financial Advice Provider Disclosure. So Opes isn’t telling you what to do with your own money.

We’ve made every effort to make sure the information is accurate. But we occasionally get the odd fact wrong. Make sure you do your own research or talk to a financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
